Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby grant your consent to SPRINGBED s.r.o., with registered office at Nový Svět 85/19, 118 00 Praha – Hradčany, Business ID No. 077 29 235, listed in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 306507 (hereinafter referred to as the „Controller“ or „Our Company“), to process the following personal data within the scope of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation“):
   • Name and surname
   • Company name
   • E-mail
   • Telephone number
   • Address
     
     
2. Your name, surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail and address can be processed on the basis of your consent for the purpose of sending you commercial communications – you will be the first to be informed about our news and discounts. We will process this data for a period of 5 years from the granting of this consent.
   
   
3. If you no longer like the fact that from time to time you receive a commercial communication or other information from us about new products and services in our portfolio, you have the opportunity to object to the further processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you do so, we will no longer process your data for this purpose and will not send you further commercial communications and newsletters.
   
   
4. You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time, by sending an email to info@springbed.cz or a letter to our registered office.
   
   
5. The processing of personal data is carried out by Our Company. However, personal data may be processed for Our Company by other processors – providers of processing software, services and applications with whom Our Company cooperates and has concluded agreements on personal data processing.
   
   
6. Under the Regulation, in addition to the right to object, you also have the right to:
   • withdraw consent at any time,
   • request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
   • request a copy of the personal data processed,
   • request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction of processing,
   • request us to delete this personal data,
   • portability of data,
   • in case of doubt about the lawful processing of personal data, file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,
